On February 29, Keidanren USA hosted an economic roundtable discussion with Mr. Koji Maenaka, Director of Research and Information Services at the Japan External Trade Organization (JETRO) New York office.  Mr. Maenaka gave a presentation on the current state of, and prospects for, the U.S. economy, including an explanation of which states Japanese companies are targeting as investment destinations.  He also engaged with Keidanren member companies in a discussion of issues such as the effect of oil prices and income inequality.
